Throughout his career, he has originated and specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans, and Down Payment Assistance Programs. Dan is licensed and has originated home loans in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, & Washington State.

Dan’s diverse background allows him to work with every client. He excels with buyers and his goal is not just to close a loan, but to teach his clients about their financing options. Dan’s clients trust his knowledge and continually refer their friend and family to him for home financing.

Dan is very invested in his career. He has worked various aspects of the business, including owning his own mortgage company, was a licensed real estate agent, and worked onsite of a construction plat as a mortgage originator in Washington State.
